Delivery
At present we are limiting the service to 5km from Melbourne CBD due to driver and delivery availability. Change over days are set per area so once your order is placed we will confirm your delivery day.
You will receive and email and/or text the day before but in the event you miss the pick up, you can keep using it until next change over day, or contact us to book a new time - charges will apply.
Apartments can be tricky as there is security entrance to most buildings. At present, only apartment buildings with a manned concierge will be able to receive and change over Lux Linen.
Returns
Mistakes happen, and things can get missed. If items are not found and included in the following months collection you will incur a small fee for the items replacement. See replacement price list
Things happen! We know this. If you miss returning some items they will be flagged as outstanding inventory. Return them in the next change over to avoid a replacement charge. See replacement price list.
Ordering
Where do I start… Fitted bed Sheets have always been a challenge! Not only to fold and store, but to launder! Mattress sizes may vary. It is difficult to make a conventional fitted sheet that will fit all the different mattress sizes. The elasticity of the fitted sheet can make it harder to fold up.ironing fitted bed sheets are slightly more difficult than others due to their elastic pockets on corners they can’t fold properly, This makes handling and transporting a challenge .In comparison to fitted sheets, flat sheets don’t contain any elastic material. It is a simple, rectangular, or non-elasticated sheet that can act as a top sheet as well as the bottom sheet. A Flat bed sheet made up of a large cloth that can spread over the mattress. A flat sheet is a type of sheet that goes on the top of the Fitted Sheet and before the rest of the bedding. It can be easily adjustable to a bed providing lots of ease and comfort to those who stay at hotels. Rant over!
A subscription is a regular service - weekly, fortnightly, monthly - payment for service.
Once we receive your subscription your linen will be delivered within 7 days on the allocated change over day.
We cannot fix something we don't know about so please contact us immediately so we can make things right.
You can login to your Lux Linen Account at any time and add or remove items to suit.
Simply login to your Lux Linen Account and select Cancel subscription. You will need to return your items to our depot or leave them out on your next change over day. Any outstanding items not returned will be charged according to the replacement price list. (url link to be inserted).

Lux Linen Service is subscription only. You are not purchasing our products. Your Lux Linen account specifies the items you require and the frequency for delivery and change over.
